Refunds Refunds are not offered on gift card purchases. Shipping We can ship to any state in the United States. Gift card orders are processed Monday thru Friday (Excluding Holidays) and shipped the next business day. Gift Card orders will be shipped to only one address – gift message applies to all cards ordered. For multiple recipients, separate orders will need to be placed. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping dates will vary. Gift cards shipped via US mail cannot be tracked and therefore, J. Mark's cannot replace those gift cards that are lost or stolen via US mail. Fedex cannot ship to a P.O. Box address. |
